At AMP3D Printing, we work hard to ensure that every order is packaged with care and shipped promptly. Our products are crafted, printed, and packed in-house, and we strive to deliver your items safely and on time. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for all AMP3D orders.

1. Processing Time

All products are made to order unless stated otherwise.

• Standard processing time: 7–14 business days before shipment.

• Pre-order or mystery box releases: Processing times will vary and are listed on the product page.

• During holidays, special promotions, or high-volume sales, processing times may extend.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

AMP3D Printing ships within the United States and to select international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the package, and the selected shipping method.

Common carriers include:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)

• UPS

• FedEx (for larger or international orders)

Expedited shipping may be available upon request, depending on product type and stock.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the selected carrier and location.

Delivery time may vary based on weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

5. International Shipping

International shipping times vary widely depending on destination and customs processing.

• AMP3D Printing is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by your country.

• Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local import regulations.

• Once an order leaves the United States, tracking updates may become limited depending on the carrier.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, AMP3D Printing is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

• File a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

• Notify us at [email protected] so we can assist if possible.

We will do our best to help, but replacements or refunds for lost packages are handled case by case.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

AMP3D Printing is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

8. Pre-Orders and Limited Releases

For pre-order items, such as mystery boxes or special editions, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product listing.

These dates are estimates and may shift slightly based on production or supplier delays.
