At AMP3D Printing, we take great pride in the quality, creativity, and craftsmanship of every item we produce. Because each piece is made to order or part of a limited-edition release, all sales are final. However, we understand that unexpected issues can occur, and we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns on a case-by-case basis.
1. All Sales Final
All purchases made through AMP3D (including mystery boxes, autographed items, 3D-printed collectibles, or any other product) are considered final sale.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to:
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Color, texture, or size variations typical of handmade or 3D-printed items
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for review, you must provide:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos showing the damage or defect
Send all information to [email protected] with the subject line “Damaged Item – [Order Number]”.
Each claim will be reviewed individually, and AMP3D Printing reserves the right to decide whether a replacement, repair, or partial refund will be issued.
3. Case-by-Case Consideration
We handle each situation carefully and fairly. If your concern does not meet the damaged or defective criteria, you may still contact us for review.
Examples of case-by-case considerations may include:
• Missing items verified by AMP3D
• Incorrect item sent due to a fulfillment error
• Items lost in transit (after carrier investigation)
Please note: AMP3D Printing is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is authorized, AMP3D Printing will provide specific instructions.
• Do not send items back without prior approval.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
• The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise determined by AMP3D Printing.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
• Custom or personalized prints
• Limited-edition or mystery-box items
• Autographed collectibles
• Digital downloads or design files
